What is the projected acceptance date to e-file IA partnersip returns? Why are they not up to speed on this?

Actually-I hope this email will be viewed by someone higher up in the Lacerte development stage that coordinates with Iowa. I contacted the State of Iowa e-file coordinator. Attached is her reply.
Good morning! Thank you for your e-mail.
We are currently accepting eFiled business and individual income tax returns. Below is the link to currently approved vendors:
http://www.iowa.gov/tax/elf/business_mef.html
There are currently several software companies still testing with Iowa. Lacerte started testing with Iowa at the end of January and has not yet been approved. The link above is updated as vendors are approved for Iowa eFiling.

My follow up to Leann's best guess was:
Hi! I personally am not involved in testing; however, I did check with the area that does the testing yesterday. And, they clarified the date Lacerte started testing with us. My assumption is that it is still a few weeks out from approval, but that’s just my personal guess.
