Field Service Management service locations need to synchronize into quickbooks
Field Service management....How do you set up Service locations or sites on work orders so they download into quickbooks when I synchronize.

If you have gone through the synchronization set up wizard and selected to synchronize customers and all levels of jobs (this is on one of the first screens) then any site you create is Field Service Management will come across into QuickBoooks as a Job when you run the sync.
For example, if you are taking a call for an existing customer and you want to create a new job (in QuickBooks) for it, you would click the add link next to the the site drop down and create a site. The work order and invoice that you create will then be posted against this new site and job respectively.

The new location printed on the field management invoice, when I ssynchronized into Quickbooks It did not appear on the QB invoices in the Ship to field. If I scrolled down in the ship to field the new location was one of my choices. it was also added as a location in the customer set up
