Federal withholding off

Hi donnat752, thanks for the question! On 3/12, we released a payroll update that contained new federal tax tables for withholding based on the changes signed into law with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Among other changes, the biggest was a reduction to the amount of federal withholding coming out of employee paychecks.
