Federal tax suddenly not witholding
When running payroll today, some of the employees are showing 0 federal withholding even though they previously withheld this year (about half our employees)? Is this an error or is there a reason for it?

A call to our accountant revealed this was part of the Obama American Stimulus package and was automatically calculated into the latest Quickbooks updates; that these figures are okay to use.
