Installed qb pro 2009 to brand new computer. Working fine for 1 month -- then f1 key & live help keys stopped working does not openup. This appears to be a problem amoung users. How do you fix this, I have cleared the cashe (sp) as someone suggested
Strange, this is happening for all users or just one? If all users, there is no function within QB that can cause that to happen. You may want to go to Edit, Preferences, Desktop View and see which options are checked. Other than that, I'm baffled, I have never seen that particular problem.
Hi, I have a similar problem with qb pro 2006 and was told that it was my XP SP3 that is causing the problem as QB is not compatible with SP3. I have had SP3 on my machine for over a eyar now and it has been working all the time. I isntalled ver 2008 and it does not work properly and was told to unisntall SP3 but i am loathe to do that for fear of the security risks associated with SP2. I get a script error for the language file every time I load QB now and i have uninstalled 2008 as i was also told that I cannot have the 2 versions running at the same. It is a nuisance not having the help or the online help but I can live with it if it means that I have to downgrade to SP2.
Can you shed soem light on this?
