Exporting invoice, statements, estimates to Word or Excel.
I read on tips that you can export an invoice to Word. How is this done? I don't see an export option on the invoice. I would like to make some major changes on customers monthly statements.
I read on tips that you can export an invoice to Word. How is this done? I don't see an export option on the invoice. I would like to make some major changes on customers monthly statements.






In the "create invoices" window look for the "letters" button in the top of the window - if you don't see it, click the >> symbol.
You will want to read about Microsoft Word Letters in the help file to see how to set them up.
Statements don't have that feature, I believe. And, statements have very limited customization capabilities when compared to invoices.
