The solution
Go to Reports - Banking- Previous Reconciliation- Select the Account you want to export to Eexcel-Select the Statement Ending Date - check type of report - select in "In this type report include" check transactions cleared plus..... check display - check ok - check export then pick New or existing and finally check export. report will open in what ever version of excel you have. Hope this helps.
