QB doesn't do this. There are third-party programmers that have tools for this; just search the Web; you are asking for QuickBooks Transaction Import.

Even though, I think, QB does not allow exporting of transaction data, anything on a report can be printed to a file. That file can then be manipulated to create IIF records that the QB Import function on the destination system can process. There are tools out there that can help you do this and there are people like me who can write programs for your specific needs.
