Can I have some users export data or not depending on their roles on Quickbase ?

Unfortunately, no. You cannot prevent users from Printing, Emailing or Exporting.

There is a checkbox on the page Customize > Application > Settings tab > Advanced Settings for "Allow users who are not administrators to export data". It won't give you control by Role, but it is an option for suppressing the Export feature.
