Expert Locator

The MapIt functionality for Expert Finder in the Local Help and Events does not correctly show the status of the ProAdvisors. For example, it says that there are no Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors within 25 miles of zip code 37214. I am an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor who lives in the 37214 zip code. I am shown as a ProAdvisor without any certifications. What can be done to update this functionality to accurately show the certifications the ProAdvisors have earned?

Hi whperry3,
Just wanted to let you know that I'm looking into this. Keep in mind that not all ProAdvisors are listed - there are certain settings within the ProAdvisor profile that prohibit us from listing their information publicly.
However, that's not the case with your profile, so I'll get it fixed ASAP.

Can you also look at my listing for Expert Finder in the Local Help and Events? It only shows me as an ISP. None of my Proadvisor certifications are showing up. My zip code is 37211.
