You can do it one of several ways, the easiest way I've found is to keep track of the credit card in the QB file and any personal expenses record against the Shareholder Dist account. If you don't want to set up the card in the business file, set it up in the clients personal file and track the business expenses then do one journal entry at the end of the month.
