How do you create an excise tax in the "Point of Sale" based on the quantity of items sold? Is this even possible?

To Accountant-Sims: Thank you so much for answering my previous question about Social Security Withholding. Your response was exactly what I needed. We never collected the money from the employee to cover the "withheld" portion from our p/r adjustments. DUH! All reports are now in balance that I followed your instructions.
