Estimate formatting question.

US QuickBooks Premier : 2012: Contractor

I have different plants listed as items. They are sub categorized in things like "Trees". I want to create an invoice with Red Oak as a line item. My problem is it shows up as Trees: Red Oak. How do I not show the category "Trees"?

You can not, that is the path to the item in QB and it displays that way

I set my item names (path) to not print, the description says what I need it to say

There may be custom invoicing programs in the market place that will do that, email the authors and check if you are interested. Check the market place
