Are you selling houses or letting houses? Or both?
The standard QB template for Estate Agents seems to provide for both, anyway.

Hi thanks for your response, we sell, let and manage - i am totally new to QB so idid not want to start setting up incorrectly, so are my suppliers both tradesmen and landlords with tenants being customers?

Yes. That is the closest that you are likely to come to the reality. If your agency rents its premises, then you will, of course, also be a tenant, but that should not complicate your revenue accounts.
