I am getting error about date in certificate expired when I try to increase my account online for Efiling.My system date is correct and do not know how else to fix this problemAny suggession or experience ?
An expired certificate or certificate problem usually refers to a web site certificate. So the problem would be Intuit's web site and how Internet Explorer is set up to handle those certificates. Even if you use another Web Browser, like Fire Fox, etc. , they all refer to Internet Explorer's "internet options". Go to "internet options"/security tab. Under advanced options check block at bottom to restore defaults. This will reset all permissions and security fields to "Medium". If this still doesn't work you may have to add Intuit's web sites as trusted. That would be *.intuit.com and *.intuit.net. You may, also, try entering */intuit.com and */intuit.net. Also, trying adding these permissions to your firewall. The bottom line is your computer must accept this certificate even though there are errors with it.
