I have a 2005 Pro edition and want to use it for my small church. We have no payroll, so thought it would work. Getting error in trying to open it: 19762 52558. Can you help? Thanks in advance!

You get the error when you try to open QB? What is the operating system on your computer?
Yes, when I click on the icon to open QB, it never does load - then I get this error and I am back at the desktop.
I am using Windows Vista Home Premium with AMD Phenom quad core processor - 32 bit.
Any help you can give would be very much appreciated!

the system requirements for 2005 were Windows 200 or XP. It will not run on Vista
Ah....what an elementary thing for me to overlook checking on. Ah well - so much for that idea....now wil be on the hunt for a copy of a version that will run on Vista...or Windows 7
