Error 7622- can't email estimates anymore

have Contractor Pro 2007. Was always able to email estimates. Now comes up and says "error 7622. Can only use period as decimal." I do! tried to follow their fix, my computer is set for period as decimal. will not email estimates. Have not tried invoices. I used to be able to email estimates. What gives? I type my estimates and the price is listed within the body of estimate. I even tried to send an email that contained NO prices, no numbers, it still gives me this error. Any ideas?

Hi Blucy2

By any chance, are you trying to email an estimate without an amount? Try putting in a zero amount on one line, which totals! That was all it took to solve this problem for one person for several people. A period alone is not counted as a decimal without an amount, even if the amount is $0.00.
