Error 6129, 0

Hello. I trust some kind soul can provide assistance for my situation.In attempting to save a new company file into the existing company file folder which houses my other two companies, I receive an error 6129, 0 and the msg "An error occurred when Quickbooks tried to access the company file.It then goes into an endless loop telling me that if I don't save a company, the interview information will be lost. As I attempt to save again I already see the saved file company file that wasn't supposed to be there due to the previous error msg (6129, 0). When I attempt to either overwrite the file or rename it I begin the 6129, 0 endless loop again.It has been fun, but if any of you can help I would appreciate it.
