Had to restore my computer to factory settings. When I bought new, I transferred some files, I still had these so transferred again. When I insert disc it is asking me to modify, repair or remove. All options give me the same error: Error 1723, DLL required for install to complete could not run.
Also get this when I go through Control Panel to uninstall.
