error: 1 Field Record(s) Cound not be read

US QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions : 11.0: Accountant

I am getting an odd error in QBES 11 -- "1 field record(s) could not be read. This may be because the template used to store this template is different from the template type being used to read it" -- It pops up 4-6x with every Customer interaction. Sending someone an invoice pops it up six times or more.

It began happening a few weeks ago when another user messed with some templates (and probably with the Custom Fields appearing on same). He recently reverted the templates to the way they were before, bt it has not helped. Might anyone have some insight on this one?

It's not a critical thing, just really, really annoying, and it affects all users.
