Why is it that when using the Memorised Transaction listing you click on the name to enter the amount, the next screen does not show that name but a blank space and you then have to reclick on the list of names for the person?
Strange - how have you set up the memorised transaction? Is an earlier one which you have memorised or have you created it from scratch? If the former, it should work fine; if the latter it won't!
You have to create memorised transactions from a previous one.
They were all "raised" from an original entry in the bank account detail page and then the memorise transaction was clicked and the appropriate monthly/quareterly/date selected.
