ENTER VALIDATION CODE

I have installed QB in my laptop for 3 license, and have registered by phone, got a validation code, perfect.

Now I have installed QB in my office, and to register I have to introduce my phone number and Postal Code again, since I am from outher country than USA or Canada, It appears not to recognize my information (country code, zip code.. I dont know what or why..) stating that "The information entered does not match the registration information on file. Please try again or call (800) 316-1068 to register via phone." In my case, calling from outside US, 800's numbers are not free cost.

1) Is there any way to know wich phone and zip of my own information it recognizes, without having to call?

2) Since I allready have a Validation Number, I there a direct way to introduce it while registering on the secondaries QB's softwares installed, instead of wasting time and money calling every time I install QB on each computer?
