Enter information in "To Print" field on a check

US QuickBooks for Macintosh : 2012

I've just started using QB for Mac 2012, and don't know how to get to the field on a check where I can change it from "To Print" to type in something like n/a if I'm writing a check with no check number.

If you are refering to the write checks window at the bottom of the window click on the printer icon to deactivate "to print" your next check number should be visible. Tab to the field and enter what you like. There is an article here www.qblittlesquare.com/2012/01... that may be helpful.
