Where can I get an idea of an engagement letter for a new client. I have QuickBooks 2007 and 2008. I told him that I would not be able to send him any changes to his QB since he has 2006. He has two computers in his office (not a network) I told him he would need two copies of 2008. Am I correct on this?

You're right you cannot send changes back to him. However, you could log in via remote access and make changes to his files that way (from your office). If there will be 2 QB users, yes he needs 2 copies of QB.
