end of day drawer count
When I count the drawer at night it is always off. I have noticed the date is worng. I change it & it works out. How do I fix this so i dont have to change date every time?

you must input the date. POS prompts you to select the date of closing before moving on to the next part of the close process. You must input the proper date before moving on to the count. POS will not automatically move on to the next date each day you start your close Process.

When I do the end of day, the date is correct. When i do the cash drawer count it is a day off.

When your drawer count report opens, click on Modify at the top, set it to Today. It will remember this setting and will open for the correct date each day.

The screen automatically pops up for me to do the count. I cant modify date until i select yes (then the count is off) then i change the date & it works. Happens every night.
