Employer Database problem

A casino opened during the past year in my area. It operates as Hollywood Casino, but the W-2Gs have Mountain View Thoroughbred......
Anyway, when I check the EIN in my database--tools, options, etc. the W-2G info is indeed there in its entirety.
However, each and every time that I type the EIN into a W-2G, nothing comes up; meaning that each W-2G must be filled in manually. Quite the pain for folks that have 4 or 5 of these.
Anyone else have this experience, or a solution?
