Been 7 months since the last post. Has anyone found a solution for this issue or are we still waiting on a resolution from Intuit?
WOW, what a disappointment. Received the latest Enterprise v12 last week and jump right on the upgrade to help with this slow issue opening the employee center. NOPE... didn't help a bit. After doing so i created a copy of the original file to rip apart. I have resorted all lsits, cleared all print queues, created a portable file and restored it, and even ran a rebuild, verify and condense data. Nothing has helped.
Waiting on another call from QuickBooks and probably another 2-3 hours of wasted time. I bet i have a 2-week paycheck devoted to this problem. Wonder if QuickBooks would like to pay that reimbursement?
Any other ideas?
Running Enterprise 11 release 8 and we continue to have the same issue. Inuit has also told me that they are aware of the problem and do not intend to address it until Version 12 is released. This comes from the Office of the President which according to 12 is released and I intend to install to install immediately to see if the problem is resolved. will let you know.

Another disappointment... I have just upgraded to Enterprise v12 and running a backup copy of the original file to RIP apart and fix the issue. I have re-sorted all lists, cleared all Print queue's, created a portable file and restored it, and ran a rebuild, verify, and condense data and nothing has helped. Awaiting another call from QuickBooks to try more stuff but not feeling optimistic.
Any other ideas would be appreciated...

It takes a good 2 - 3 minutes between the time I click Employee Center and when the information finally comes up. It says searching while it comes up.




Wow, that's slow. How long did it take in 2007 before you upgraded?

We received an email telling us that this problem was fixed in the latest release (5) for QBES v10. After installing the update, it now takes twice as long - about four minutes to open the employee center. Instead of fixing the problem, the patch made it worse! Is anyone else having this problem?
I just updated to Release 5 and mine show no improvement either. Fix on the way?
This problem is not fixed. I have a client with the same problem on a fully up-to-date Premiere 2010 installation.
Same issue unresolved and evidently unacknowledged by Intuit.
Takes nearly a minute to open Customer Center, which has merely 1000 customers.
Performed network troubleshooting/tests, QB Updates, QB Cleanup, QB Verify, QB Rebuild, disabled startup items in QB and on client workstations, etc....
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is not help out here. This product is garbage and INTUIT DO NOT Care.
I am having this issue since January 2010. This happen after our system was upgraded to Enterprise version 10. Since January 2010, I have spend 100's of hours with Intuit to try to resolve this issue. GUESS WHAT? I have been wasting my time. I concluded that INTUIT DO NOT care about this issue and many others. After seven months (we are in July) Intuit claims that they are aware of the problem. THANKS INTUIT. FIX THE PROBLEM. 3 minutes to open the employee center each time you click a tab is not acceptable. BY THE WAY, Version 11 is coming soon!! Which NEW garbage we need to deal in the new version?
