ProSeries is a tax product. Do you mean QuickBooks Pro? I need the version and release, as well as the . hardware and network configuration. Use Intuit network tool if applicable. However, this probably relates to an email error in the email setup, domain name, or your customer.

Next try to send an e-mail through Quickbooks.
It might be that the receivers e-mail is sending the e-mail to junk mail on their end.
Ask the recipient to add you to their safe list.
