Are you using outlook 64 bit? Is so, quickbooks is not compatible. You have to uninstall 64 bit outlook and install 32 bit outlook (both are provided on windows disk0.
If that is not the problem bring up any report in QuickBooks - File, save as pdf. If QuickBooks won't save the file in pdf format your pdf converter is the problem. If that is the case use the link below to automatically correct situation.

I can't email from Outlook 2000 (which I'm told may be because it's over 10 years old), or configure my QB Pro 2011 for webmail. I have tried Mozilla Thunderbird and it wouldn't work, I have tried Outlook 2000 and it wouldn't work, and I would now like to try Gmail but can't figure that out and am getting frustrated.
