email set up for "send via email"
how can I change the email address to use to email lacerte files, which is the "Send via e-mail" under the Client tab.

The "From" address? You need to change it in whatever email program is opened when you go through the steps of sending the file.
If I wanted phone calls, my phone number would be in my profile. If you have a question, post it in the applicable forum.

I followed the instructions, then went back and verified all my info with Cox and reset my preferences, sent the file with a copy to me at Cox and also at Gmail - no luck. Any other idead?
