email sending old address
I typed in a new email address in the customer data base and the send emails, but quickbooks sends it to the old email. Help me to get this corrected

if you're sending an invoice by e-mail to a customer, you can either change the e-mail address in the customer record and SAVE & CLOSE before sending, or you can click on the send button on the invoice and overwrite the old e-mail address with the new e-mail address. QB will then ask if you want to make the change permanent.

I tried that several times and even saved everything and shut down quickbooks and started it back up. It still sends to the old email address and i son't even have it in the customer record or in the edit of new sending out of invoices.
go to File > Utilities > Verify Data and see if you get prompted to rebuild.
