How can I eliminate the space between the Company name and the address info
on invoices, etc

While in the custom creating mode, click in the middle of the outlined address box and when it highlighted, and with the left mouse key down and with the cursor is still in the middle, move the box to where you want the spacing to be, then release the mouse key.
