I do not recommend it.
EHT is a tax on TOTAL payroll, after an exemption amount, at a rate that varies with TOTAL payroll. This is not a calculation based on individual employees and is not suitable for automatic payroll calculations.
EHT is very simple calculation with a spreadsheet and data from the Payroll Summary report.

I should be able to set our tax amount and do an adjusting entry to calculate the $7800 yearly exemption. I need to file monthly and don't want to do calculations every time. How can I set this up to track it Simply accounting has it part of the payroll set up.
