Individuals, no. No individual efiling is allowed after the deadline. End of story.
Anyone else, yes. To accommodate fiscal year filers, the efiles don't turn off for a year or two after the original calendar deadline.

The Individual Return e-filing date have lapsed and for 08 returns you will have to use Snail Mail at this point in time. E-filing for 09 Individual Returns does not begin until Jan 15, 2010

Yes, you can e-file even if you don't offer bank products.
