Ecommerce Integration

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2009

We are an online retailer and have a store hosted by bigcommerce. We also sell through Amazon and Buy.com. Is there any easy way to integrate them all into QB Pro (sales, inventory, payments) and automate shipping? I know bigcommerce uses webconnect but I haven't been able to get it working with their limited instructions. Another option they recommend is Ecc Webgility but I want to research my options before I buy the software. Any help/recommendations is greatly appreciated!

Hello,

I have been using Webgility's eCC for some time now and have had great success with it. I don't think it is complatable with Buy.com but does work with Amazon and eBay.
