Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! EasyAcct Shutting down when accessing A/R Product/Service update

EasyAcct

How do I fix problem with accessing A/R Product/Services update. When trying to access, window opens up and says "EasyAcct Executable has encountered a problem and needs to close"  , then EasyAcct program shuts down. Already tried to find the ezacctw.ini file to delete, but there was no such file on my computer.  This is for EasyAcct 2009/2010 Version.

Are you using the EasyACCT Business System?  If so, search for and delete the file called EZACCTWB.INI (it should be located in the C:\ drive).
