I get this message:
"Not able to open E-Organizer data. The firm number attached to this E-Organizer data does not match your firm number."
However, I sent the e-Organizer to the client so there is no way I can think of that the firm number would not match. We only operate 1 firm here.

Thanks but it fails at Step 5 because the file is not there . Even when I put it there, going through all those steps ended in the same result-same message.
The article has been updated with the 2010 information. However, if you are not seeing the organizer file in the Notes directory, this article will probably not help with your situation. I recommend you give Systems Support a call to investigate the issue.
