E-filing a Form 990 first extension

I cleared all errors related to e-filing but was unable to file the first extension. What am I missing?

Personally, at this late of a date, rather than fiddling around with the hows and whys of the software, I'd print it out and mail it in and move on to other things.
Just my 2 cents worth.

That was real helpful. In fact I'm not sure why you would even post this "answer" ! I usually get reasonable responses to serious questions not cute little comments that just tick you off! Just what I didn't need during crunch time!
