e File log. State acceptance not showing
LacerteE file clients. States are not being updated. It indicates passed validation. When I go into the E file log it show acceptance. Any ideas?

If the F4 -> e-file Status log shows Accepted for the State return, then you will be able to print the Acceptance letter for the clients' State return.
The Passed Validation status may appear in the e-file Clients display view if the return was accidentally validated after it was transmitted to Lacerte and the Accepted was received. If this is the case, and if printing the Acceptance Letter does not change the status to e-file Complete, then there is not a way to change the status on the e-file Clients display view.
