Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! During this time, you can shop, but can’t place orders online, activate products or update account info. dtlimprt09.exe is this part of Lacerte or a virus?

Just received a warning from Norton 2010 that dtlimprt09.exe  "is behaving suspiciously & we recommended you block & remove it"  

It happened soon after a Lacerte update. Never received a warning like this.

Anyone have and info?

Never mind I found the answer, it Is part of Lacerte

Maybe Intuit somehow can notify Norton of this.

I just got this too, even tho I have installed a number of updates. But I have Norton on this computer, so must be a Lacerte/Norton thing.
