DPAD form 8903 in the individual return doesn't have enough info

I have used the simplified overall method in the Sub S return for the DPAD but nothing flows through to line 1 of the 8903 (the gross receipts).  Is there something I have to do manually?  This is a new return for me this year and the 8903 from '09 has the gross receipts from the corporate return on line #1.  On my '10 return there are no numbers until line 7.

 Simplified method calculates QPAI at the entity level, and distributes QPAI.

Prior year return used a different method.

Wow!  You're quite the picture changer!  Is this really you?

So, is there a way I can tell from the '09 return what method was used?  This is a plumbing contractor.  On the '09 return the entire income ($95K) is showing up on the 8903 line 1.

 861 is the only method left.
