Downloading Credit Card Transactions
After I download the credit card charges, it doesn't show who it was purchased from. I need to see where I purchased from. Help!

To make sure we are viewing same screen change your preference for online banking to register mode. The default is side-by-side mode which is not as easy to work with. Once in register mode you have a split screen, your register on top and transactions to be added on bottom.
A typical import from a cc company will show date, who, and amount. When you add this to our register you teach QB the who by either adding it or aliasing it to an existing name.
Did your cc import put your items directly into your register or did you put them there? While in the matching box on bottom they are non-posting and waiting for your action.
