Downloading Bank Statements

Abileen,

You must  have online  access to  your bank  account and  contact your  bank to  make sure  they allow  downloads to QB for your  type of  Accounts.

Then in QB go to Lists>Chart of Accounts>right click your Bank Account and choose Edit.

Click the online setup.

If you want to download and then import to QB choose IIF or WebConnect or choose QBO if you want to download directly to QB.

My choice:

You can  go directly  to your  online account  and choose  to save  the download  file and  then go  to Banking>Online Banking  and choose  Web Connect  to upload  the file.
