download has deleted my individual client list
LacerteJust downloaded the update and now my individual client list is GONE. I have tryed refresh and nothing happens. it is blank. It was there before the download. No mapping or anything changed.

You probably have already tried it, but, have you rebooted after the download?
If my post did not answer your question, get a paid Intuit employee's answer for Lacerte questions at 800-933-9999. Oh, and enjoy the elevator music while you wait.

I had the same thing happen - after almost falling over in a faint!!! I realized that somehow - not by me - look to the far left on your screen see under views All client, efile and then there is the new ef efile center. move curser and select all clients or efile clients and poof they are back!!! horrible scary moments for me. I really truly hate lacerte this year. this is my 20th year working with lacerte not so sure there will be year 21 after this years experiences. truly hope this helps you.

Thanks! That is exactly what I did too and it appeared! I agree with you comment. The Intuit purchase has sucked the life out of Lacerte.
