Donor Statements Tool

Try our Non-Profit Donor Statements Excel add-in.
The tool can create statements in Excel using your QuickBooks data and without any additional data entry. It works with your data however you enter it, including donations on invoices, sales receipts, statement charges, deposits, and even general journal transactions.
It is designed to create statements you can tri-fold and use with windowed #10 envelopes (optional, of course) so you don't have to print mailing labels and match them with the statements.

We've updated the Donor Statement tool again based on customer requests and comments.

Now, when creating detailed statements for donors, you can also:
- Automatically modify the font size for different sections of each statement.
- Specify a giving minimum, such as $1.00 for statements.
- Omit totals from the details section (useful when you also note the total in the opening text to the donor.)
- Quickly create a 'preview' of several statements and then re-create statements with changed settings without re-connecting to QuickBooks.
