Donations

 Hi JGregg,

I'd recommend voiding the donation. The donation is essentially deleted (all the amounts are set to zero) but you can see that you originally entered the donation and then voided it. 

Simply open up the donation, click on Edit in the main screen, and then click on Void Sales Reciept. If you really want to delete it you can click on Delete Sales Receipt. Take a look at the attached picture to see what I'm talking about. 

You can make sure that the donation is gone by going to Reports>>>Custom Reports>>>Transaction Detail. This report will show all of your transactions. The donation you deleted/voided should be gone (or have a void mark next to it).
