QuickBooks Online does not currently have a Sales Order or Work Order function.

QuickBooks Online regularly releases updates throughout the year. If yours is one of the more frequently requested suggestions, you may very well see it in a future release.

Thanks for the info. This is dissapointing as the desktop version we used dis offer sales orders, which is very important to our day to day operations. Is there an add on or app that we can use? Do you have any other suggestions?

You will want to look for 3rd party applications that integrate with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
