Why are all my IN state returns saying " return is not eligible to use the Federal PIN as a signature method because it is marked as a State Only efile return" Is it that IN won't let us use the fed. PIN or do I have something wrong in my set up?
not sure how you have things marked---but should not be an issue
are you sending your state returns seperately as state only???
is the state box for using federal pin checked? state info--should be checked automatically
you are checking both fed and state on the fed info i also assume
sounds like a support issue
As of this time all joint states are being sent State Only through ProSeries. So, no you haven't done anything wrong, and support can't change it.
