document management software
I have several clients looking for document management software. Does anyone have any suggestions? It would be nice if it had a workflow module.Thank you,Melissa Hill

Wow, this was posted 2 1/2 years ago and no one responded?! Anyway, we use Content Central by Ademero which we tweaked and customized a little to fit our needs. A single user license of the software is about $300. All together we spent about $2,000. $300 for Content Central, $350 for the scanner, $700 for the server and server software, and another $600 on miscellaneous cables, routers, switches, extra computer monitor, dual monitor stand, etc.
We use dual monitors, one flipped vertically (like a piece of paper) which is where we view the documents and run the DMS software and another monitor where we run Quickbooks or ProSeries, etc.
