I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty obtaining a Validation Code from Intuit. I have been a QB ProAdvisor for a few years and I frequently install QB software for my clients. Please call 1-800-446-8848 and follow the prompts to obtain a registration / validation code for your QB software. I have always received excellent service from calling this number.
Just remember to record your validation code with your license number and product ID number. This will prevent you from having to call the number again if you ever need to re-install your software. I usually use a Sharpie marker and write all the information on the non-data side of the installation CD. The non-data side is the side with the pre-printed CD information.
Lastly, if you are installing multi-licensed software (i.e.3 -users) you will receive one validation code that is good for each license.
